Thaiyurveda Herbal Compress Massage
The ultimate massage experience.
Steamed herbal compresses are applied directly to the skin with a rolling pressure to alleviate muscle stiffness and pain. I incorporate several massage modalities, which include pressure points, joint mobilization, and passive stretches, into this deeply relaxing treatment to create a sense of well-being that stimulates energy and relaxes the body and mind.
